I created a team, and when I got to the invite step, realized I didn't have contact information to send a text or email to the people I wanted to invite. Is there a way to go directly through Candy Crush to invite? Otherwise, I'd rather go back to a random team...but I read that it's not possible. There needs to be a choice for a random team when you click the Join button.
What are my options?
@rcnew Hi and welcome, please see post below for more detailed custom fantastic 5 information.
It is not possible to go back to random teams when you select the custom feature, but some have reported if they do not play for a while/turn feature off that they have gone back to random team, but many have also said it does not work
hope this helps
Hi @rcnew amd welcome to the community ;)
Yes, unfortunately you can't go back to random teams option. Maybe turning the feature off for more than a week can help.
Just so you know, you could join a private team by sending requests to community team owners who's looking for active team players. Or you could look for active community players to join your team.
Joining a private team only requires knowing the name of the team so a person can search for it and send a request.
Here's some useful discussions:
Alternatively, you could jump from a random public team to another until you find one that's satisfying to you. Joining a public team (with no lock logo on it) doesn't require sending requests. You can type random letters in the feature search bar so a list of teams shows up; then you can join one and immediately start to play. After 15/20 minutes you're allowed to leave and join another public team if you want to change and so on.
If you collect points and leave a team (private or not) you also leave your points behind.
Hope it helps :)
Thanks, everybody. I ended up getting the link and sending a Facebook message to each person. I now have my team!
The version on my PC popped up the link as soon as I clicked invite, so it was easy. On my phone (before), it only gave me options to send a text or email, and I had nowhere to go from there.
Hello @rcnew and lovely day to you.
Glad to know that you manage to send invite to your friend via PC. š
However, if you are using Android device, you can also send the link. Simply click on the "send invite" button in your F5 team page, then select "copy to clipboard". Then "paste" it to your friend via WhatsApp message or email.
I've successfully invited members from this Community to my public team using the above method.
You may try it next time, if you have a vacant spot and need to add new member.
Cheers and happy gaming š
