The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Video ads feature is a bonus feature and still in the game on testing purposes, awarded to some selective pool of players. Game team is gathering all the feedback and data about the feature and slowly it is being rolled out to more and more players. So hopefully you may also be included in that pool of players. However please also note that like all other bonus features ads feature is also not the permanent part of the game and there is no guarantee you will find any of the bonus features in your game all the time.
So best way is to keep your game upto date. And be hopeful that you will get most of the features.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
