On Candy Crush saga I can not receive lives or send been like this for two weeks

If your friends not showing please check the below link. And also you need to make more active friends. You can do it by joining some candy crush facebook groups. You will find some active players who will send you lives.

If following Freddy's advice does not work please tell us what happens when you try to send lives. Also to receive lives can you open your message envelope?
