I am stuck on level 4726, how can I beat it.

Level 4726 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect 24 licorice to complete the level.
The main thing to remember is that the spawner will give you some of the licorice you need, so you mustn't destroy it too early. For this reason you must only use the stripe/wrap combo in the bottom left when you need to clear the bombs before they count down to zero.
Leave the bombs as long as you can while you collect the keys in the top left section, the keys will unlock the licorice both at the top left and around the spawner. Once the licorice is unlocked you should make special candies and combos to collect it in the top left, but try to avoid making combos that will hit the spawner, you need to let it spawn licorice.
Keep count of how many times you hit the spawner and how many licorice you need, you need to use the stripe/wrap combo at the bottom to clear the bombs when they get to 1, but every time you do this you will hit the spawner and stop it from spawning. The stripe/wrap at the bottom will collect licorice too.
This is a game of balance, the balance between the number of licorice you need and the bombs counting down at the bottom. Both have to be watched carefully if you are going to complete the level.

For this level try to play from where more candies are available to play and make special candy. Combine them with each other and use more striped candy to break the time bomb and keys to break the blockers.

To complete all order goals try to crush candies more from bottom part of the table or near to blockers to break them. That will help to clear more board and more candies will be available to play. Try to mix more same color candies to make special candy and combine them to complete the orders with the 10000 score goal. You could get some more help or technique by playing walkthrough video that is below.
