If you have to purchase lucky candy to solve level 7708 that means ccs Is not free game

No, but I'm assuming that this is just a bug that will be corrected.
BTW, I have never paid for the game, nor will I ever (I do not have payment information connected to the game).

For some reason your app didn't get the latest updates. My advice is to uninstall and re-install your app. You won't lose your boosters and goldbars by doing that. Only your stored lives will be lost, but I guess it'll worth it :)

Tried that and even deleted all downloaded windows update files; didn't work...
