I can't play Candy Crush 7765 because it fails every time. I have tried many times, including starting with a booster, but it fails every time. Suggestions?

I wanted to buy the 6 hour lives package -- almost out of time. But no point if I can't play this level. Will you extend the "sale"? Or give us back the lives we have just lost trying to play an inoperable episode?

I can't play Candy Crush 7765 because it fails every time. If we HAVE to use a special booster, shouldn't it be given as a gift? There are to many timed challenges to be hung up. Is there an estimated date this will be corrected?
