Please do the standard troubleshooting by logout, update your game application, restart your device and login again. Clear cache/history if playing via browser and see if it comes back.
Chocolate box is a bonus feature and like all other bonus features it is not permanent part of the game. It may take rest from the game time to time and on different devices. But you keep your game application up to date and hopefully it will return to you soon.

Sometimes it’s also possible that you are unable to play these because you don’t have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply you’re not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.
