Features come and features go. We're lucky when we have a good one going. Not all features are available to all players all the time. I hope you will find some fun events soon.
The feature like Dexter is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return
@mariannekasic Hi and welcome. A lot of features are test features so they are not always guaranteed to be in your game. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people so it could mean you not in the test group for certain features , but you could be again in the future. Also they could be missing due to temporary problems

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
