3 months ago I had a connection issue.and could not play CC Saga. I could not win or buy boosters. They kept telling me it was being worked on. Finally, one of the support specialists said to reinstall my game to see if that corrected the issue. I said that I might lose all my boosters, lives, etc. He said not to worry he would give them back to me. Well, I did that and did lose everything. Now King won't give me back any boosters. I had a lot because I have been playing for 8 years. This is totally unfair and just wrong.. I can't get to a supervisor to elevate my issue. Very frustrated and want to tell everyone how they handled this.
