King did not honor what they promised.

3 months ago I had a connection issue.and could not play CC Saga. I could not win or buy boosters. They kept telling me it was being worked on. Finally, one of the support specialists said to reinstall my game to see if that corrected the issue. I said that I might lose all my boosters, lives, etc. He said not to worry he would give them back to me. Well, I did that and did lose everything. Now King won't give me back any boosters. I had a lot because I have been playing for 8 years. This is totally unfair and just wrong.. I can't get to a supervisor to elevate my issue. Very frustrated and want to tell everyone how they handled this.

@Lynn-7 Hi and welcome, I do not know who advised you of this and if this was from customer support or from someone from the community but we always advise that if you uninstall is done that you will lose any stored boosters and lives and these are not recoverable unless you had any unused purchased boosters. Whoever gave you this information was in my opinion wrong.
