Unable to sign out of the game nor can I sign in the game in my game app. I go in back an forth to the avatar picture and original picture. Can I remove the avatar?

If you are playing the game through the Kingdom account, you will not be able to change the Avatar from the game app. However my guess is there are some errors in your game app so your game is not fully connected to the server.You can't log out if there is a connection problem with the game app, so show me the error message you received when trying to log out.
