My Answer:
Part of the rope is missing on the left side of the Joker
A button on Tiffi's dress is missing
Blue robot right ear pink cull era is missing
the shadow under the tray with the sweets on the stem is missing
The white toy next to the question mark no longer has a mouth
Blue robot left ear pink koller missing
The round hole or window is missing above the entrance

In the first wheel of the locomotive, the small circle inside is missing

1. Train Wheel missing orange hubcap!
2. String on hand from clown puppet missing!
3. Paul / Mr. Polar the white bear on top shelf missing smile / mouth!
4. Under 2 pumpkins / or 2 Candy Apples, on top pic, has a shadow or stick extending out, the one below missing!
5. Toy house on top shelf on top pic, has a black candy above door, the one below missing!
6. Allen the alien has 1 missing pink bulb on the top of his left antennae!
7. Allen the alien has 1 missing pink bulb on the top of his right antennae!
8. Tiffi missing in the middle, button on dress!

1 Front train first wheel is missing a yellow candy dot in middle of it.
2 Tiffis dress is missing a button.
3 Robots antenna is missing the left pink ball on top.
4 Robot antenna is missing right pink ball on top.
5 Gingerbread house is missing round window above front door.
6 The bag looking dog behind the question mark is not smiling.
7 No shadow for the caramel apple.
8 puppet string on hand is missing.

This is my answer
Sorry, I left my eyes, I was a long time and I only found 7 differences 1. Apples on the plate on the right, the shadow is missing.
2. The clown is missing the rope in his right hand.
3. The robot is missing the balls of the two antennas
4. The wheel of the first train car is missing a point in the middle
5. The chocolate house does not have the candy that acts as a window above the door.
6. The stuffed animal behind the question mark has no mouth (smile)
7. Tiffy's shirt has only one button.
