I can’t send nor receive lives via Facebook 👉 Update your game!

My game gives a current connection error

Hello! I've noticed some funky business in my game recently. Perhaps since last update.

The send/request lives with Facebook is messed up. My game is updated. I uninstalled/reinstalled trying to fix it. All that did was take away my stock of lives and boosters I had saved up. I can get more lives, but can I get my boosters back? Some of those were purchased with $$$.

Also, my trophies do not give any boosts anymore.

My wheel does not offer the free spin anymore. Must pay 7 gold bars to spin.

I know others are experiencing these issues as well.

I'm just really confused as to what we're supposed to have and what is an error. Things get taken away with every update.

How can I retrieve the boosters I had saved up? My game is backed up through FB so why not the boosters?

Thank you for taking on the task of keeping everyone informed when there's a problem, too many games/developers are trying to ignore issues and losing players because of it and don't seem to care. Being open and honest will keep players trust in you and the developers and is the right thing to do. 😉

That being said...Unfortunately, I seem to be having the same problem as the other players above regarding Facebook. The last time my CCS was updated was Sept 9th and according to support I'm using the latest version. I use king community and Facebook and my app doesn't show any updates available and is on auto-update. My King community is priority, but when I use my Facebook acct I get an error notice when asking for lives, (which I attached). Also, I have mentioned problems with my king playing and again am told I'm using the latest version but still having random problems for weeks now. I've been told that in fantastic five if your goal shows 10,000 than you are using the latest version but my goal shows 7,000. I hope this helps and not confuse or frustrate anyone. I'm just trying to give you all the facts so maybe a fix can be found and we can all move on happily.🌞🍭
