I have not received advertising for gifts for several months. Nor do I get roulette after each level to get a gift. I also don't receive rewards when I pass a level.
@katyduque Hi i have played for 8 years and never had video ads and on my 3 devices i have the bonus wheel on 2 and i lost it on the 3rd. Just depends if your in the group for that feature. There is nothing that you can do other than make sure your game is up to date, this ensures your getting the features available to you

@katyduque Hi and welcome. The video ads feature and the bonus spin wheel are both bonus features. They are not always guaranteed to be in your game as bonus features are given to randomly selected groups, which change from time to time. So this means your not in those groups at present but you could be again the the future.
To make sure your getting the features available to you. check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in
