Hello, I have a problem that happens every once in a while where I am playing the game and then all of a sudden the game starts playing for me and taking away my moves until the level is finished! Please tell me why is this happening??
@Blissbaby13 Hi and welcome, I have never heard of this before but please try the standard troubleshooting tips. Please make sure you game and device are both up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this resolves you problem.

The problems you mentioned may be due to a game app error and for now please follow the steps below.
Clear Cache(if using browser) -
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
If you still have the same problem after doing this, you will get the solution by reinstalling your game app but you will lose all the stored boosters.

Understood that your game auto play itself once in a while. As mentioned by Mr Freddy, it seems unusual but it sounds like your app is about to corrupt.
Before it corrupt, you may want to consider backup your app if you're playing via iPhone or iPad to ensure that your boosters stored in the device is not entirely lost if you need to uninstall the game.
Hope you've tried the basic troubleshooting steps given by Mr Freddy and Mr Aijaziqbal.
