@ruthyrunas Hi and welcome, the fantastic five feature is on a time so it does need to be completed in the allotted time.
Check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in .see if this resolves your problem. If this happens again try to take a screenshot

Very sorry about that. Normally it just starts from the beginning if the alloted time is expired. But if it is not your case then it might be a technical error. Please log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. Keep at least 2gb memory available in your device.
Hopefully in future you will not face this situation.😀

Understood that you failed to claim your F5 prize even though your team's score is close to 7,000 on two occasions.
Aside from the suggestions given by our fellow game experts and superstars, please ensure that no one left the team suddenly as the points scored by that person will be deducted from the team's score meaning even though the screen shows that you've achieve 6950/7000, the actual score, if you add manually on the score of individual member may not tally with 6950. If this happens, your team have to continue playing and achieve the actual scoring of 7,000 in order to collect the prize of the third leg of the event.
Hope the above info give you some insights in monitoring your team mates' progress and scores.
