Understood you are experiencing black screen whilst playing the game.
If you're playing via PC, please check the browser as per Mr Aijaziqbal suggestion.
I'm using Android phone and I also experience the same intermittently.
My phone is running low on memory and storage space and that may be the cause of black screen cos the system and background app unable to function properly.
If your issue is similar to mine, you may want to clear the cache frequently to free up some space and delete large files esp images or videos from your phone.
Also, please check for any update on the app and phone system 😊
