Regarding level 2265 there is an issue of point scoring. Already studios have worked out on a fix. It will be updated shortly. So just logout, update your game application as the fix will reach only up to date game application. Have patience and once the issue is fixed you may clear it normally.

May I know whether you are able to update your game application? If you haven't, refer below, from Apple Support site 😃
How to manually update apps on your Mac
Open the App Store.
In the sidebar, click Updates.
Click Update next to an app to update only that app, or click Update All.
If you didn’t get the app from the App Store on your Mac, contact the app developer to get help with updates.
Before that, pls make sure your OS is the latest version too.
