~@Tricia55 hi, not previous version off candy crush would be previous version of windows update, as yours is new not sure what you can do other than make sure all updates are installed, but is possible to restore you computer to a previous last known working state. then you could attempt to load the game agin

I have restarted numerous times. I checked but I can only restore to the version I had yesterday when I found out that CCS was crashing. To no avail

The Game Team is looking into the crashing issue on W10 app and hopefully find a fix for it soon.
I have no time frame for the fix, but they are on it!

I just downloaded an updated version (1.1860.4.0) which is one up from the 3.0 version. And the crashing is gone.
