I earned 8 gold bars today and die not receive them. I'm also not receiving all of the tools when I earn them. Please let me know how to fix this.

Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Missing items" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Very sorry about that but the only way to recover your goldbars is to contact player support. Please go to settings, contact us , purchase and goldbars and send them email. By contacting directly from the game will give them access of the required data and purchase history of last 90 days in your game so that they can take a positive action in your favour.

@52sam Hi and welcome , the community does not deal with gold bar issues, you will need to contact customer support from your game and they should help you with this, go to your game settings help center and send them an email
Also check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log in and see if this resolves any issues

Welcome to the community. As mentioned you'll need to contact customer service about your missing gold bars. Wow, lucky you to earn 8 in one day, they are so hard to get. How did you do it? Very skillful.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
