Hi and welcome to the community.

There was an issue few weeks back but it has been fixed. You need to log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again to check if it solves your case.

If the problem still persists you may also try to update your facebook app.

If playing via browser on a pc /laptop. Please clear cache/ history and try again.
