how to log out

I am now at level 646 in my old phone, i would like to transfer it to my new phone. but upon log out, all the data was sync to the facebook account of the previous owner of the phone. how can i log in using my account and able to sync it?

    Going from what you said you only need to download the Facebook app on your new phone and log in, then open Candy Crush and connect to Facebook. This should transfer the progress.

    I’m at level 1576 so I’m afraid to remove my app and try to start over I have done everything to try a fix my problem . I can’t access the store I’m not able to get any of the boosters I’ve earned this has been going on since Friday . It’s really hard to keep playing 😩

    If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

    Understood you have issue accessing the store in the game since last Friday.

    Please perform the standard trouble shooting i.e. check for any update of the game in your app store and update it if any, restart your device and try to log back into your game.

    Before that, make sure that your device have enough memory/storage of at least 2GB to perform the update of the app and ensure all systems are working properly.

    Also, you may disconnect your device from the internet, wait for few seconds, re-connect it back to the internet and check whether you are able to access the store.

    In very rare circumstances, there may be a widespread issue delivering the game to you - but this is very uncommon. If you’re having problems playing the game, it’s worthwhile doing some housekeeping steps on your device to maximize the chances of the game running smoothly for you.

    Please try all the options below to resolve the issue:

    • Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
    • Look for any updates for your device and the game app.
    • Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device. We normally recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.

    @9summerDays Hi and welcome, uninstalling is not guaranteed to fix your store issue but it may. If you did this you would have not trouble getting your levels as if anything went wrong there are ways to recover your level. Please not that mobile devices if you do an uninstall you will lose any boosters or stored lives
