Did you purchase the Sweet Bundle? Please note that the smaller bundles do not feature any Lives. The bundles including lives have the heart followed by how many hours.
The Sweet Bundle includes 100 Gold Bars, 2x various Boosters and 12h of Unlimited pre-game Boosters. The Tasty Bundle is the first bundle that includes Lives.

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
And they should help you with you issue

Very sorry that you face this purchase issue. But unfortunately community dont deal with the purchase or puchase related issue. The only way to get your purchased lives is to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. By contacting directly will provide player support your last 90 days purchase history enabling them to take a positive action in your favour.
