Does anyone know if there is a glitch at CCS level 5177?

I'm going crazy

Every time I play the same thing happens I let the bombs go to 1, and then I use the two color bombs. This clears the entire board, doesn't it? Well, I get a message "a bomb has exploded" and the game is over 🤷

Is it a technical error or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks, but I had already seen that video and had consulted the tutorials. The problem is that when I use the two color bombs they don't erase the board. Since if they deleted it, the message that a bomb has exploded would not appear

I checked the level and I am not able to find that issue either and also checked with Player Support and no other players have contacted us regarding any similar issues.

Are you able to pass the level at all or are stuck as fudge there?

Well yes, as if by magic, suddenly the color bombs worked and erased the panel. I am almost convinced that it had something to do with the event that disappeared without the deadline. I don't know if that's possible, I don't have technical knowledge, but when the event disappeared the pumps started to work. Thanks for all the attention

@hechicerilla Hi, just tried on windows 10 app and iphone and not had any problems, but do not let it go down to last move on the bombs just in case as its not really needed in this level

@hechicerilla Will tag @kiara_wael to have a look at this as tried again on iphone and yep leaving to last bomb and activated colorbombs and still ended level with a bomb exploded. This is a hard level and its more to do with the luck you get from the mystery candies and then letting the seperate squares fill with chocolate as much as possible. but aim of the double color bombs should be to prevent the bomb from going off

I tried using the two color bombs when the bombs were at 2, and my surprise was that he didn't delete them from the board, they stayed at 1 I'm going to try to take screenshots in my next game, since I don't know how to make a video.

Now it makes me angry, I've been there for 3 days losing lives, I think it is a failure. My color bombs don't erase the board 😔

@hechicerilla I tend to agree but i did this first time but had another try and left the bombs go down to one and yes to my surprise a bomb went off. So got to agree with this but going to have a look at 2 bombs now. what device do you use

@kiara_wael can you look at this level 5177 acting very strange this is my game after 2 moves and candy not dropped in bottom right box and double colorbombs not always clearing board
