If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Please do the stadard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. Try to play and complete a level as sometimes it takes a little time to perfectly sync the process.
Hopefully you will get your progress back.😀

@melnadge Hi and welcome, Try signing out and the restart your device and then sign back in and see if this rectifies your levels if not try playing a level as sometimes it takes this to get it to sync to the server correctly.

I make colour bombs and use them but they aren’t counting to my score. Some did count initially but not any mire
