Hi and welcome to the community.
Its a hard level you need some patience with some smart moves and some luck you can clear it.
You need to break the jellies and for it you could play more from where more candies are available to play. Or play from bottom to shuffle and move candies everywhere. That could help you to break candies automatically and will give chance to make special candy by mixing more same color candies. You could play with remaining jelly candy to break them instead of wasting moves. Or use more special candy to reach the 60000 score. You could get some more help or technique by playing walkthrough video that is below.

For your registration of accounts you have to contact your service provider. I mean king never accepts payments directly. It always comes with third party like.
If you are using ipad you have to setup your account through Apple
Kindle.........Amazon.
Android.... Google
Windows....Microsoft.
So whatever device you are using contact their support staff and set up an account to purchase normally through King games.

You need stripes, wraps and stripe/wrap combos to hit the popcorns in the corners. The stripes next to the popcorns will help a lot, but you will need more to grow them completely into colour bombs.
A very good combo for level 1576 is a colour bomb/stripe, but before you switch them make sure there are at least two candies the same colour as the stripe in line with the popcorns you want to hit.
Wraps set off next to the center popcorns will grow them easily.
Look carefully at the board before every move as the conveyor can be used to line up moves and get your combos together and into position.
King only excepts third part payments so you would set you payments up with whichever device you downloaded the game. Windows 10 app would me Microsoft store, android would be google play. iPhone would be apple store. kindle would be amazon and PayPal would be another

For this level try to play more from the bottom part of the table and make special candy as you get the chance. Combine special candies with each other to break more blockers or play near to jellies to break them to reach the target.
