Hello guys
I have already let a few days go by and I still have not been able to recover my levels, as far as the game is concerned, everything works perfectly BUT nothing has happened with my levels the game ID is: 12009103441 and my level was 1358, I hope you can help me reset my game. Thank you

Your King account seems to be a brand new account. Did you perhaps have the game saved to any other account before?

That's right, in some posts above I explained that I could no longer access with my original account, so I had to make a new one to save my (new) game, now that everything works correctly, I only have one question, the only thing That was not updated was my rank, it was level 55 and it says that it is at 26, it is possible to update it as well or so I know it will remain, otherwise thank you very much for everything.
