I'm not able to send or receive lives I've updated my phone and my game.

Hello @currysunshine 👋! Warm welcome to the community! Please first tell which game you are playing. If you are playin(CCS) Candy Crush Saga, try checking the icon that looks like a envelope. If there is a number next to it, then it means someone has sent you lives. Also when you run out of lives click the ask friends button. Select the friends you want to ask for lives and click send. Can’t send lives, getting the fb log in page. No free extra moves spin. App has been updated and checked privacy setting, they’re all good. HELP!!

I am playing the game on my IPad and I can no longer send lives or receive any.
I have checked for updates and there are none. This has been going on for several days. I am signed in with FB and have tried signing out and back in with no success. My App is updated and on facebook. Please help😧
