I need help, because my Facebook and email were hacked, I created in the email, but now I can't sync the candy crush game with Facebook.
@Maravilha2020 You can only sync one king account with one Facebook account, If you are using an old king account that is already sync to Facebook you cannot do this again to another account
I use the old Facebook account, my game id 4190693470.

Do you still use the same Facebook account that was hacked? Or did you close it and now using a new account?

Since your Facebook account is already blocked, you will not be able to sync the game with Kingdom. However, if you want to get back game progress, it is possible to get it back with a new account, but you will not get back your original game progress, high score and Player Rank.😔
My friend has already given you all the information and you will get your game progress back by following it, plus you can follow the steps below.
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Hi again please also note that if you have created a new facebook account and although your previous progress can not be attached with the new account but if you provide us the new game id we can manually restore your progress level.

Have you created a new facebook id and you want to create your game with new facebook id. If this is the case then i am sorry that if a game is already connected to one facebook account it can not be connected to another facebook id.
If other than this please comment back and let us know and we will further provide you any advice.
