I've watched all the videos and they all show keys to open the boxes. There are 0 keys in the 15 attempts I've tried. I clear everything but still no keys come up. Is there something I'm missing? Plz help. Thanks

Level 1364 should already be fixed. Please force close the app and open the game again so the game restarts and fix reaches your game and device.

It's a mobile device. Like a Kindle.
@McKinzie Hi, I have tried this level on iphone, Facebook and windows 10 app and there is no problems with it the keys just fall you do not have to do anything special for them to fall
Check you device and game is up to date , log out and restart your device then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not contact customer support from your game settings, go to help centre and send them a message and they will need to look in to your issue

Very strange but if you are playing through firefox web browser then try to clear cache and restart and try again. Or you may try with another browser like chrome or edge.
