    I have updated my phone and computer both and still haven't received new lives. This has been going on for at least a week. I know that there has been a problem with this through King. Are we going to be receiving extra lives now due to this. Also I miss the extra 5 move option every 48 hours. Will this be returning again. Gold Bars are hard to come by and I don't spend my hard earned money to play this game.

    Concerning the option of the win 5 levels straight. Has never happened in all my days of playing Candy Crush. I have won 4 levels a few times never 5. This option is a laugh.

    I have logged out and back in and updated my app. I’m still unable to send or receive lives.

    Hello everyone - I am so sorry that so many of you continue to experience problems sending and receiving lives. Below is some info that was posted earlier in this thread by one of our game experts:




    Finally, have you "Synced" up your accounts?



    Yes, there are a number of issues going on regarding "Facebook", because they updated their site. So have you contacted "Facebook Support" yet? Should let them know what is happening, along with giving them "Details" on your issues.

    Have you done your "Settings" on "Facebook" yet? Like giving "Permissions" on "Apps"?

    In my case, lost everyone on my "Facebook Friends List", except one person. So had to "Rebuild" the list back up. Went to my list & added everyone with a "Candy Crush" avatar, was one way.

    Because of these "Facebook" updates, it may of caused other kinds of issues here. Or didn't take or update well. So head to "Facebook" first, do your settings, your lists, then be sure to do your settings here along with "Syncing Up" your accounts.

    Are you on "Flash"? Need to go to "HTML5" then. Flash support ends at the end of this year. In fact, many have already stopped supporting it.

    Yes, in most cases need to resign into "Facebook" to send or receive "Lives". Again, it could be a "Facebook" issue, that is causing this.

    In the meantime - I will make sure the CMs for this game realize there is still an ongoing issue with Lives.
