Whenever I go to make a purchase it wants me to add an address to my Microsoft account but when I fill the form out it's just for the States. I'm from Canada.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
