Why can't I make a purchase?

Whenever I go to make a purchase it wants me to add an address to my Microsoft account but when I fill the form out it's just for the States. I'm from Canada.

@1Kateo Hi and welcome, This is something you need to take up with Microsft store as king only takes 3rd party payments

Please try to change your country and try again.
