Something seems to go wrong on level 8009 and a fix is on the way.
I will post on this thread as soon as we have an update on this or an update ready for the level.
Level 8009 is now fixed!
Please close the app and open the game again so it reloads. Level 8009 should then work correctly.
Just for the record. How frustrating!
Got an error message that said "oops, contact product support". Tried twice and lost 2 sprinkles and my full win streak. Who do I contact? And how do I get my boosters back?

For Scoring level , a fix is on the way, but to be able to get the fix you need to make sure you have the latest update installed.

Timestamps are showing each answer is 20 minutes apart, Elsa. It is not seconds.
Julius I understand what you are saying but sometimes it's not spam at all. With this editor 2 people can be posting these messages within a few seconds of each other but neither has shown up so that's why they respond. Then when you go back to the message later on you can see what appears to be duplicate messages. I think it's a timing error with this platform but it will be brought to the CMs attention.

Hello @astrohm and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! The studio is aware of the issue and working on a solution. Hopefully we may have an update about the issue on Monday. Hi @Julius yes I have the answer. As per the answers from our game experts and Superstar it has been reported. I just went into my game on Windows 10 and clicked to play and immediately got this message. It hasn't been fixed yet but hopefully the studio can take care of it tomorrow when they are back.
They eager to collect points, I know it and you know it. But it's a spam and this is annoying.

While you are here have you looked at our competition area , there are a few contests with the chance to win gold bars for your game which can come in handy for those hard to complete levels and help with your progression through the game and would also give you a challenge while awaiting a fix
I Have try to start level 8009 five times and it fail to start - I have loss five lifes

Yeah unfortunately there is a issue at the moment with this level. Studios are already working on a fix so most probably tomorrow it will be fixed.

Hello @Julius - I can understand how the multiple replies can seem a bit confusing. It's just that so many people are eager to help that they sometimes overlap posting their responses. Anyway - as mentioned above the studio is aware of the issue with level 8009. Unfortunately at this time we don't have any further information and because it is Sunday, we won't be able to get any update from the CMs until Monday. Hopefully we will hear something tomorrow and can update you and the other players having trouble with this issue.
