No prize awarded in weekly rush, no answer from support
Last week I finished 80+ levels (as reported by in-game information). On Monday I got a notification that I "didn't make it" and no prize was awarded. I have written to support multiple times, but only get answers telling me to post in the community forum. The community forum tells me to contact support.
Anyone have suggestions?

@lcfilipe Hi again, Not sure what is going on with this as if you have replied to automated email and still not heard nothing i am at a loss, you should get a ticket number to acknowledge receipt of your issue.
Problem also arises as we in the community can not deal with missing rewards among other things so you need to be able to contact support. Which you are saying you are struggling with.
I know there is an issue with response times due to the worldwide pandemic so can only assume no one has picked up your query yet and hopefully soon somebody will
