level 2861 missing second cherry - never appeared

You need to get 2 cherries on level 2861 but only one cherry appeared, what
am I doing wrong here?
I'm spending a lot of money trying not to get knocked out of first try & the second cherry has not come yet
I am at 191360 points
PLEASE HELP I don't want to lose my investment

I don't know if you typed in the correct level here.

I just went back and played it to see, and I have 3 cherries needed and all 3 are on the board to start the game

Hi @JAF - welcome to the community. You are talking about Candy Crush Saga correct? I just opened that level and it is showing as a super hard level but my version shows you need three cherries and all three of mine are already on the board at the start of the level. Can you post a screen shot of your game so I can see what your board looks like? I posted a picture of what my game looks like below.
