Hello @MarilynL - what device are you playing on? Please include the make and model and software (for example Apple iPhone 8 IOS). This information will help the studio investigate the issue.
As far as the round thing with dots - are you maybe referring to the Color Bombs? I assume you have already done the standard troubleshooting - clearing your cache, turning your device off for at least 10 seconds and all ensuring you have the latest version of the game on your device.
Anyway - I have copied this thread and sent it to the Community Managers so they can see that multiple players are having these issues. But any additional info you and the other players can provide will be helpful.

Hey; you know that you're also deleting boosters & (received game) lives whenever you do that (part in bold), right?
Now you do, by finding out the hard way.
If boosters are your thing (you deleted them all) & you wanted an excuse to walk away from this game, save yourself some aggravation & frustration by keeping it uninstalled; there must be similar games on the app store that don't have all the bugs & glitches.
Faulty products lead to consumers leaving in droves; so it would benefit this company to swiftly take action on the matter, unless they want fewer consumers for their products.
