Hi I am playing CCS with both my Facebook n King.com account at maximum level 8045 . I have 2 FB account n just now FB asked me to verify my Hp no n I did n after that When I sign in CCS with my Facebook Account . I was surprise at level 1. I suspect is my other FB account with same name which I never play before . On my other Hp my CCS Facebook account remain at 73 n at maximum level 8045 . Pls help me to go back to my FB account with maximum level 8045 n not at level 1 with my ip . Ty n hope to hear from I soon

Hi there @RaymondT and good day to you.

Understood that you have 2 FB accounts and 1 King account for your app.

You may try the following steps to restore your level:-

Reinstall your FB app and not CCS app. As mentioned by Mr Freddy, reinstalling the app will reset all your boosters to zero, thus, this should be the last resort.
Sign in your FB with the account that you have been using to play CCS that has level 8045.
Log out from your CCS app simply by clicking on your profile that brings you to the CCS home page, then click on the blue button and it will bring you to a page prompting you on whether you want to log out, click "log out".
Then go back to the CCS home page and click on "retrieve your progress"/"continue with Facebook".
Click on the play button and see if your level is back on track.

Please let me know by clicking the "Quote" button message or simply copy and paste my name @wykoon when replying. Further, let me know if you need help with other issues relating to CCS.

@RaymondT Hi and welcome, Try signing in to your king account and see if this still still shows level 8045.

if this is the case you could try uninstall the game ( you will lose any stored Boosters or Lives if a mobile device) and then uninstall you Facebook app and then restart your device. Then reinstall only the candy crush app and try to log in to this with your Facebook account and see if it resolves your issue. if it does then reinstall the Facebook app.

If this does not work follow the post supplied above on getting your levels restored

You can also post our game ID on here and our CM can check your account for you to see if it is still saved to kings servers
