You can Play Candy Crush Saga without connecting to any account's but once you delete the game all your progress would be lost. So to avoid that you can try creating a King account which is really easy. Here are some step's:
Also don't forget to save your Email and Password so that it won't be lost.

@slymanron Hi and welcome, there are two options to play the game on a windows based laptop. You can play on king .com/games or you can download the windows 10 app version of the game from the Microsoft store and all you would need to do is create a king account to save your progress on which everyone you choose.
If you have a Facebook account and are getting rid of it follow the guide supplied by @aijaziqbal to sync your game before deleting Facebook and then you should have your current levels on whichever option your choose

You wouldn't lose access to the community if you have a community account. That's separate from a game account.
Or, you can play without an account. Be forewarned, though:
You'll lose access to King communities
If you switch devices or the game is lost, say goodbye to your completed levels!

Creating a King account couldn't be easier:
Don't forget to save your email and password, because if you don't save your profile you won't be able to recover it in future!
You now have a safe and secure King account with all your progress backed up. You'll see fellow King players on your game map who'll be happy to help out if you ask for extra lives.

No option for the 6 hours for 69 gold bars was available a few days ago
Why can we only use 20 lives a day? I think it should be unlimited or at least 50.
