A person who was on my face and also played candy crush saga created a team on fantastic five but she left is now Just me. As I leave the team because there is no option for me.

As you mentioned that your facebook friend created a team and you joined him/her. So similarly you can leave your current team by joining or creating another team. Are you having this create / join option in your F5 feature. If not it means that you are having RandomF5 feature in which only system can put you in any new team. In this case as freddy mentioned above you need to contact directly to our player support. Either from the game settings or through this link.
