More than once I’ve purchased a booster only to not receive the boosters purchased. The account was charged. When I asked for a refund I received a “ you are not eligible to receive a refund” response. I provide proof that my account was charged and again the same message with no details. It is extremely frustrating and I’m getting to the point where I want to blast it all over so is media, what I feel is an unethical trend. Am I not requesting the refunds correctly. I think we deserve more than a computer generated response
