first Try to check your device and game are up to date and log out , also if playing via an internet browser clear your cache and restart your device and then log back in and see if this solves your issue

Please be informed that several players have been experiencing the same issue and hopefully it can be looked into tomorrow when the CM report to work.
Kindly exit from the event tab, disconnect your device from internet, wait for several seconds, then reconnect back the device to the internet. Play a level and then check your event tab for chocolate box event and see whether you can click on the "claim" button.
If the above doesn't work, please wait for us to update on this matter.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
