The chocolate box has not been working for a few days: cannot connect to the server. Same problem on all my devices: phone, tablet and computer.

Yes, many players are reporting that the chocolate box is not working. It's something the studio will need to look at when they are back at work. Good luck.

Please be informed that several players have been experiencing the same issue and hopefully it can be looked into tomorrow when the CM report to work. Meanwhile, do follow Mr Freddy's suggestion on the troubleshooting method.
You may also try to exit the event tab, disconnect your device from internet, wait for several seconds, then reconnect back the device to the internet. Play a level and then check your event tab for chocolate box event and see whether you can click on the "claim" button.
If the above doesn't work, please wait for us to update on this matter.

first ry to check your device and game are up to date and log out , also if playing via an internet browser clear your cache and restart your device and then log back in and see if this solves your issue

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
I have tried to solve level 16399 for weeks now. Videos are totally different than the game. How can this level be solved?
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
