I still haven't received my free 24 hrs unlimited lives for the candy day celebration. I've updated, signed out, signed back in... nothing. HELP!
There is nothing you can do to receive the free lives beyond logging out, updating, restarting your device and logging back in. If that doesn't help you just have to hope you will get the event. I don't have it either and I didn't have any of the Halloween events. I just keep hoping I will get this event but I know there is nothing I can do to force it.

Very sorry about that. Some players do mentioned it but as bonus features are awarded randomly by the system so may be you are missed out by the system. Unfortunately for any missing rewards or events community can not do any thing. You may try with our player support either directly from the settings of your game application or through this link.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
I have tried to solve level 16399 for weeks now. Videos are totally different than the game. How can this level be solved?
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
