I wish to send a life to a friend who is on my Fab 5 list but the name doesn't come up - even when I type it in or do a search under friends.She is still playing as I can see her progress. Please help

The F5 group is generally randomly selected by King. This means that your friend in the group is not necessarily in your circle of friends. However, you got a life from Him. Then it should be him. It's a little strange. Just always send life to all of your friends.
By the way, age doesn't matter. I'm also not the youngest anymore and have a lot of older friends who play.

Thank you for your patience, I am not sure which platform she use to play on, only in my Fab5 friends. She sent me a life 2 days ago and I want to return the favor.
My main problem is that I am not able to pick up her name when I go to Lifes where you can select a friend to request or send a life. Even if I type in her name there is nothing but she is active on Fab5 so she must be playing.
Eish I am old and this is bugging me😂
@PixievanAardt Hi again is you friend on a king account or facebook game acount as that will be the issue, do not think it is affecting king account games

Then you do not have the error via Facebook. The reason why your friend did not receive the Life sent by you may be due to a connection failure to the King Server. Either on your side or on his side. However, these are usually short-lived.

I do not play on facebook but I sign in under King Games with my email address and password. Is there a difference?
I did receive a life from some-one else this morning without any problem.

@PixievanAardt Hi and welcome, As explained above there are a few people with issues with sending and receiving lives which was due to a Facebook platform update. The issue is being investigated but at present we have no time frame for a fix on this

There are currently many players having problems with sending lives.
The problem is with Facebook.
Nobody can say when it will be fixed at the moment.

There has been issue in sending/receiving lives from Facebook and you may read it here in detail.
In the meantime, please ensure that your game app is the latest and update it if it isn't. After update, please restart/reboot your device before you log into the game. Play a level and try to send a life to your friend.
