Hi. You have hidden this request in the wrong thread here. I suggest you check out the Support forum. There is a useful thread near top with advice on all manner of questions similar to yours, or post the question there and a moderator will answer you with a useful link. Basically, however, if you did not receive a purchase then I would contact Apple directly to get a refund via my iPhone. It depends on how which payment agent you used of course.
