When I try send lives it makes me sign into facebook when I'm already signed in

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this
Hello, I like others cannot send or receive lives. I am ready to stop playing this game. I was not able to play Who will save Candy Town Saltnando as well. I have reported this. I have done all the normal things such as long out, restart, clear cache.
It's starting to get really old. You cannot advance and or participate.

@PamNPercy Hi and welcome. Facebook recently did a platform update and dues to this there is an issue with sending and receiving lives. This is currently being investigated but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present

This problem is effecting some players. It's currently being investigated. Keep your game up to date and to make sure everything is functioning properly do the standard troubleshooting. Log out, check for updates, restart your device and log back in. Let me know if this answers your question.

Unfortunately there is an issue on facebook which is already reported. King studios and facebook are working to get it resolved. At the moment we are just hoping that soon this problem will be fixed.

Finally got rid of black blobs on Candy Crush, but have now appeared on Alpha Betty. Screen just flickers on Candy Crush. What is the problem?
