I had a Key to the Music box on my map with almost 2hr to win it. I was just 1 level below that key. Passed the level and the key was just gone. I was supposed to get 30 min boosters and lives!!! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Please explain!
Hi @olyamt did you change your device time?.. It might have affected the 2hours time limit?.. Otherwise there is no way we would know what happened.
@olyamt Hi, yes i know but a lot of questions get redirected to the community. this question does not, but you can chose problems with my game and awards not received

@Freddy_Falkner thank you for your quick reply, but it was NOT a purchase therefore there is no 'missing bars or rewards'. It's a prize that was supposed to be awarded for completing levels and it was not. My game is absolutely up to date. Thanks
@olyamt Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache

Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
