Since you saved your game through an account, your game progress is safe. If you change the account password while the game is logged in, your game app may be corrupted.
However you should follow the steps below right now.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

@dmchrist Hi and welcome ,try logging out of you game and restarting you device and then log back in and see if your issue persists
if it does there is no way of getting your rank back unfortunately and you would need to put your pic back on. only levels can be restored

Are you connected to facebook with your game?
If you mean your picture from your facebook account, it will only be displayed if your game is linked.
I’m on level 6145 and I didn’t lose the levels, just my pic and rank.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
