if you lost your progress, it can be restored manually. If you saved your progress with FB or King account, then restart the app, clear the cache and log in by using one of those accounts. Play a level and see if this fixed the issue.
If you weren't saving progress by syncing accounts, then you'll need to contact Player support via game app and give them your player ID so that they can restore the progress manually.
