If you don't log out in your phone and it get lost can your retrieve your game back probably once you install in a new phone

    You can restore your levels, gold bars and any unused purchased boosters. Your other boosters are sadly lost, since they are stored on your phone and are not synced to your account ...

    @dollypee Hi and welcome, there is some useful information above regarding moving your progress to a new device, but if you were to lose any progress there are a couple of ways that your progress can be restored, but if your device did not sync from your account correctly, you could only get your levels restored an nothing else

    If your game is saved and connected to Facebook or a King account you can retrieve the levels and Gold Bars at anytime on any device by connecting the game to your account.
