It may be due to internet connectivity issue or game not updated.
Please ensure that your app is the latest and do download it if isn't. Thereafter, restart your device before logging back to the game. Your device need to have at least 2GB to support the download.
Or, you may disconnect your device from the internet, wait for several seconds, then reconnect back your device to the internet.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
